Images contained on this website are a low res digital rerpresentation of the finished artwork, and may vary slightly from the end print.
In the highly unlikely event you are not totally satisfied with your print, you may return it back to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be issued promptly once we are satisfied that the print can be re-sold. We do not refund any postage costs incurred by the return.
All prices quoted are inclusive of delivery (Mainland UK only). Groundnation is not a VAT registered company so no VAT will be added to your order.
All Groundnation deliveries are made by Royal Mail on overnight 'Special Delivery'. Once your order has been despatched to your delivery address, you will be notified by email.
Liability for non-receipt of goods cannot be accepted unless the we are notified within 7 days from the date of despatch.
The purchaser shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to goods in transit. Claims for loss from packages, damage, deviation, mis-delivery or delay must be made by email within 3 days from date of delivery.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of time of purchase.
The placing of an order confirms the Purchaser's acceptance of our Terms of Business over-riding any others.
Return of any goods must be authorised by the Seller and despatched, carriage paid, at the Purchaser's risk. Goods returned without our consent may not be accepted for credit. Credits for Returns are issued only when goods sent prove incorrect and not to order or if we expressly agree to accept them back, when we reserve the right to levy a 15% handling charge off our original invoice net price. Goods sent back for exchange or credit must be in a new and unused/saleable condition. Any request for the return of new goods must be made within 14 days of despatch date and invoice number must always be quoted. Goods supplied to special order are non-refundable.
Terms are Paypal payment with order. Order is dispatched after transaction has cleared. The property in goods sold to the Purchaser will remain with the Seller until paid for in full, notwithstanding that the risk will pass to the Purchaser on delivery.
Your Groundnation artwork is protected by copyright. Your ownership of the printed artwork does not include ownership of the image. The printed artwork is for personal use and for display purposes only. No rights to reproduce, distribute or publicly exhibit or exploit for any commercial purposes are granted. All such rights are expressly reserved to the copyright owner (the photographer). Any unauthorised or unlicensed use shall constitute an infringement of copyright and is against the law.
